Columbus Discovered Bergamot Oil

By Michael Russell And we thought Christopher Columbus is only famous for discovering America. He also needs a little applause for this one. For it was he, who took the bergamot tree from his home in the Canary Islands, and transported it to Italy. Because of this, bergamot has been cultivated in Italy ever since. Bergamot oil is made from the inedible, bitter green, pear shaped citrus fruit of the bergamot tree. The peel of the fruit is cold pressed, which releases the pale emerald green oil. The oil has a light, delicate, citrusy and floral scent and has many uses. The therapeutic properties of bergamot pure essential oil are euphoric, antiseptic, cooling, and a tonic to the digestive system. The main constituents in bergamot essential oil are limonene, linalyl acetate, nerol, and linalool. All of these substances are antiseptic and astringent. This allows bergamot essential oil to help with many conditions. One of the conditions bergamot pure essential oil helps with is acne and eczema. You can use the oil in a facial steam bath, which will help cleanse and heal the face. It is fairly easy to make a steam bath. Just apply a few drops of bergamot oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Drape a towel over your head and shoulders, and lean over the bowl. Breathe deeply for 10-15 minutes with eyes closed. CAUTION: Do not use steam bath if you have broken facial capillaries. Another condition bergamot is known to assist with is cystitis and pruritis. Cystitis is one of the most common urinary track infections and is most commonly caused by the E. Coli bacteria becoming embedded in the bladder lining, thereby causing irritation. Pruritus is a manifestation of dermatologic diseases. To help cope with either of these, add 4-5 drops of bergamot oil to a warm bath. Bathe with the oil once a day until the condition disappears. Now, bergamot essential oil can also be used for emotional stress: There are 2 basic blends for tension and stress: bergamot and orange pure essential oil, and bergamot and clary-sage pure essential oil. To prepare either one, mix 3 drops of each oil in bathwater when bath is full. You can also throw away your headache medicine. Bergamot pure essential oil has been noted for headache relief. All you need to do is mix bergamot oil with a carrier oil, such as safflower oil, and rub into your temples and the back of your neck. A few drops will be enough to get rid of the headache, especially if it is tension related. This is one I have read about but I am not sure if it works. Bergamot oil has also been used as a mosquito repellent. It is said to put the oil on a rag, cloth, or cotton ball and put it in your pocket, and it will naturally keep the mosquitoes at bay. Safety Conditions Bergamot is from the citrus family. It contains furo-coumarin, which makes it photosensitive. If you decide to use this on your skin, make sure not to go out in direct sunlight for at least 6 hours (some say 3 hours is long enough, but I recommend 6 hours). This will prevent the brownish spots from appearing on your skin. Also, if using for massage oil, ensure it is diluted with no more than twenty drops of bergamot oil to 4 oz of carrier oil, such as safflower oil. As you can see, bergamot pure essential oil is excellent antiseptic oil. It has been used for many conditions, from acne to headaches to cystitis. And thanks to Christopher Columbus, as he has allowed the rest of us to find out and use this excellent essential oil to make our lives more natural and healthy. ——————————————————- Michael Russell Your Independent guide to Aromatherapy ——————————————————- Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Michael_Russell http://EzineArticles.com/?Columbus-Discovered-Bergamot-Oil&id=112726 ambien eq buy zolpidem in uk _le spam ambien le levitra m ambien cr extended-release tablets doses look like

Caring For And Sharpening Your Woodworking Chisels

By Douglas Taylor There are many types of woodworking chisels around. But no matter which type of chisels you have they all need to be cared for and at some point your woodworking chisel will need sharpening. During this article we will explain how to care for your chisels and the steps you need to take for woodworking chisel sharpening. It is important that you do not store your woodworking chisels loosely in a draw where they will be able to bang against each other, which will cause the edges to become dulled. It is best if you hang them on a rack on place them in a drawer in individual dividers. By doing this the chisels will be less likely to bang into each and cause damage to them. What is more important though is that in order for a woodworking chisel to work properly the cutting edge must remain sharp. Below we provide you with steps you will need to take in order to properly sharpen your woodworking chisel using sharpening stones of progressive grades. You may also find that you need to touch up your chisels regularly by honing the flat side as well in order to keep them in the best working condition possible. What you first need to do is put a few drops of oil on to a sharpening stone before you start to lubricate it. Now hold the chisel at a 20-degree angle to the stone and slide the cutting edge of the chisel up and down the stones length. You need to work both sides of the chisel blade evenly in order that a burr edge forms along the cutting edge of the chisel. The best way to test for the burr is by very lightly dragging your finger away from the cutting edge. Should you be able to feel a slight roughness to the edge of the chisel then you know the blade is ready for the next step in the sharpening process. You get a slip stone in order to hone away some of the burr before you finally polish it on a strop. In order to remove the final remaining bits of the burr edge as well as polish the chisel blade you need a leather strop. What you do is draw the blade across the strop away from the cutting edge first one side then the other until the whole of the burr has been removed. You will know that your woodworking chisel sharpening has been completed by just resting the cutting edge of the blade very lightly on your fingernail. If the blade starts to catch slightly or feels sticky then the blade is ready to use, but if it skids across the nail then you need to work on sharpening for a little longer. Traditional Schools - The Stepping Stone to Success

By Michael Bustamante Looking for a new and exciting career, or a promotion in your current job? Perhaps its time to consider going back to school to get the education you need to be truly successful. Traditional Schools are junior colleges, colleges, and universities that offer options for higher education in a traditional classroom setting. With a high school diploma or GED, undergraduate students can apply to a traditional school to earn various types of degrees such as an Associate Degree (AA or AS) or a Bachelor’s Degree (Baccalaureate). Post-graduates can continue their education to obtain a Master’s Degree (such as MA or MS) or a Doctorate Degree (PhD or Terminal Degree). More and more traditional schools also offer continuing education classes or certification in any number of fields. An Associate Degree requires the successful completion of a sub-baccalaureate curriculum, usually requiring a minimum of 2 years (or the equivalent) of full-time college-level study or completion of 60 to 64 semester hours. An Associate Degree is the highest degree offered at a community college or trade school. Traditional Schools offer a Bachelor’s Degree, also called a Baccalaureate or undergraduate degree, requires the successful completion of the first 4 years of university study (known as undergraduate study), often in preparation for a Master’s Degree. Traditional Schools also offer a Master’s Degree (also known as a Postgraduate Degree) requires 1 to 2 years of full-time equivalent preparation beyond the Bachelor’s Degree. A Doctorate Degree (also known as a PhD or Terminal Degree) is the highest level of academic degree possible, and the award implies recognition of the recipient as an equal by the faculty at the university in which the study took place. There are three types of Doctorate Degrees: Research, Terminal/Professional, and Honorary. Research Doctorates are awarded in recognition of scholarly or academic research representing a unique contribution to human knowledge. Terminal/Professional Doctorates are awarded to those who are considered experts in a particular professional field, such as medicine, theology, or law. Honorary Doctorate Degrees are awarded to those who have made a substantial contribution to a field of study, not necessarily academic. All recipients of a Doctorate Degree are permitted to use the title “Doctor.” It is generally understood that possession of one or more college degrees can create more employment possibilities and vastly increase the earning power of the recipient. Some of the most popular fields of study include Business Administration, Liberal Studies, Engineering, Computer Science, Education, Communication, Humanities and Arts, Law, Social Sciences, Medicine, Psychology, and Biology. Some colleges and universities will even allow students to create their own special major. If you are interested in increasing your knowledge and propelling your career to a higher level, register for school today and take the first step towards a college diploma. Motorola KRZR K1: As Aleek As It Gets

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Ben_Bradley]Ben Bradley It was quite predictable for Motorola to come up with an even more sleek phone after the astounding success they had tasted with the revolutionary MOTORAZR phone. The manufacturers must be happy with their efforts because, the next in line Motorola KRZR K1, have lived up to the high expectation. The Motorola KRZR K1 is quite successful in raising the already high RAZR standards. The Motorola KRZR K1 can be easily recognized from its distinctive metallic gloss front finish. A closer look would reveal its clean lines and detailed craftsmanship. The slimmer and taller clamshell looks elite and is very comfortable to hold. Opening the flip would reveal the primary 1.9 inch TFT display that delivers up to 262k colours and the functional keypad with good ergonomics. Unlike many other ‘fashion’ solutions, the Motorola KRZR K1 is not just about pretty looks. The super-slim phone is high on premium features too. Starting with a 2.0 megapixel CMOS powered, digital camera with zoom and image editing to high configuration connectivity tools, the Motorola KRZR K1 exudes high performance. Video capture and playback in popular MPEG4 format is also supported. Other multimedia capabilities includes a media player that plays most of the popular formats and supports audio/video streaming. You can not help but admire the crystal clear sounds on the built in speaker or the headphones. The handset’s Stereo Bluetooth Wireless technology (A2DP) lets you enjoy your music wirelessly. The expandable memory card slot gives you a viable option of using this handset as a mp3 player. The Motorola KRZR K1 supports all four GSM mobile network bands, so you don’t have to worry which corner of the world you’re in. The phone also features Push-To-Talk, to use your phone like a walkie-talkie and Screen3 technology for click-less access to your favorite contents like news or sports . A high end GPRS/EDGE (Class 12) gives you fast and instant Internet connectivity. The Motorola KRZR K1 should perfectly fit the bill of a fashion phone with excellent all-round performance. What Happens If The Police Don’t Read Me My Miranda Rights?

By David Quinn I get a lot of questions about Miranda Rights, and several “what if” scenarios. People always send us questions to our Ask-A-Cop section concerning these, so I figured I’d give a little information on it. However, since I’m not in the business of helping people “get off,” or “beat the system,” I’ve decided to keep it somewhat general. Miranda Rights or Miranda Warnings, the legal terms that came from the case in Miranda v. Arizona, instructs officers to allow a person to remain silent when they are accused of a crime. There are specifics as to when to give it, when not to, and when its not necessary. It started when defense attorneys began challenging their clients statements that were made to police while in custody. In the past, police had no guidelines from the court as to how to obtain these statements, and as a result, some innocent people were making statements out of frustration, i.e. wanting to go home, hours of interrogation, etc. If the person admitted to a crime, it was a done deal. Their statements were used against them. Now however, courts have held that prosecutors cannot use statements resulting from custodial interrogation of defendants unless they (the police, prosecutor) can demonstrate the use of procedural safeguards “effective to secure the privilege against self-incrimination.” As a result, police officers now have to read you your rights when wanting to use your statements against you. However, on the other side of the coin, there are several loop holes where police don’t have to read you your rights. In these areas, you are actually obligated to cooperate with police, or you could face more charges. The Miranda Rights or Miranda Warnings are not word for word from state to state. However, their meanings are. Most would read as follows: 1. You have the right to remain silent, do you understand this? 2. Anything you do say may be used against you in a court of law. Do you understand this? 3. You have the right to consult an attorney before speaking to the police and to have an attorney present during that questioning. Do you understand this? 4. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you before any questioning. Do you understand this? 5. If you decide to answer questions now without an attorney present you will still have the right to stop the interview at any time. Do you understand this? 6. Knowing and understanding your rights as I have just explained them to you, are you willing to talk to me and answer my questions without an attorney present? You can get much more information at http://www.realpolice.net and post your question in our Ask-A-Cop section. Stuck With A Zero Marketing Budget For Client Gifts?

By Sean D’Souza Would you really dare to give each client a gift of $500 this Christmas? What about something worth $2000? Or maybe $5000? You think Im joking right? I mean, here you are struggling with your 50 cent marketing budget and Im giving you the key to your bankruptcy. At Christmas time, too! Step up to the roller coaster and youll find out how Marie beat the system with some simple, yet smart marketing tactics and how you can too. Yeah, just like that Marie Aint No Santa Claus! Nope! Shes just like you and me. She can do the Ho! Ho! Ho bit, until shes faced with the prospect of expensive client gifts. Oh sure she wants to revel in the spirit of giving, but her bank balance is screaming for some mouth to mouth resuscitation. And thats something she cant ignore. Whats Worse Is Maries Clients Probably Wont Even Like The Gifts! Look at yourself. Did you really like that burgundy sweater you got last year? Or that gift basket full of calorie-ridden chocolates that made you wish you hadnt seen them at all. Lets face it. Murphys Law, kicks in bigger and bolder at this time of the year than any other. On average (and often because youre buying gifts in bulk) youre giving your client a gift thats so far off the mark that you might as well throw it in your own trash can and save him the trouble. How Can Marie Play Scrooge And Santa Simultaneously? Theres one simple concept every business ignores. Its called Spare Capacity. Hotels are never totally booked, flights are never quite packed to the gills, and by golly, most businesses like yours and mine (no matter how busy) always have some free space and time. Marie could use this factor to her advantage. If she approached my business, these are the steps she would logically follow. 1-2-3, Cha, Cha, Cha (Here Are The Steps!) Step 1: Its all in the way Marie puts it. If she simply asked me to speak to her clients, I might decline, but if she made it extremely tantalizing, Id be only too willing. How would you like to meet with 20 new clients, that would be very keen to do business with you? That kind of question would get my curiosity wound up pretty quickly. She can then explain how she would be introducing me to 20 of her top clients. All I had to do was offer each of them an hour of my time. If I did a good job, I would get a whole bunch of new clients that would be quite eager to meet me. Lets say I charge $500 for a consultation. Marie could qualify her clients well, and give them each a voucher to meet up with me. In this consultation, they would have the opportunity to throw me any of their marketing issues and I would have the chance to wow them with my fancy footwork. Step 2: Once were in agreement, she would create a voucher that she can give to her clients. This voucher offers them the specified time at my convenience (I only need to meet them in my free time). This voucher would offer them the benefit of some radical, unusual marketing either via the net, phone or in person. To make the deal sweeter, Marie could offer me 20 hours of her time to meet my clients. Step 3: We give these vouchers to our respective clients for Christmas. We tell them that weve bought them a gift that will help them tremendously in their business and that the gift is worth $500 or $2000, as the case may be. Any one of those solutions would be worth anything from $200 to $20,000, depending on what the client did with the idea. How does that compare with your $20 gift right now? Where Do You Start Looking? There are no rules. Just because you sell product, it doesnt mean you have to do this Christmas swap with products. If you sell products like beds, start looking at chiropractors, massage therapists, interior designers. If you look around you, you will find dozens of businesses that will be more than willing to play Christmas gift if there is something in it for them. If you sell servicesditto. Look for services as well as products. Every one has spare capacity. Services are most highly valued because theyre abstract and based on the person themselves, but you can find products that are sitting in someones warehouse and theyd be glad for you to take them off their hands, in return for access to your top clients. Best of all, this solves the problem of the suitability of the gift. Wouldnt a business be more excited by a highly prized service than another daily planner? Why This Concept May Not Work For You Marie, has got to make sure that I give solid information in the consulting session to her clients. Sales pitches are a no-no. Your swap must be a REAL gift, not some shoddily disguised sales pitch. Pick your Christmas Partners carefully. A lot could go wrong here if all theyre seeing is dollar signs. The second reason why this may not work for you is sheer laziness. You might find it easier to step into a gift shop and blow $1000 on gifts for your clients. Its easy and it beats having to knock on doors and trudge through snow or sun (depending on where you live on the planet). Hopefully Youre Not That Duh! When you give your gift, all youre doing is trying to make your current client happy (and thats great!). With Maries concept, youre actually getting a chance to meet another 20 new clients. Say that quietly to yourself: Twenty new clients without you having to do any selling. You dont even have to spend any advertising or marketing moolah to get them in the door. Best of all, they will actually be grateful to have you over. Does that send a chill down your spine? What if you could do this deal with three people just like Marie? Would 80 appointments be good enough for you? Are You Going To Have a great NEW YEAR Or What? No one ever told you about Santa Scrooge did they? Well, now that you know, what are you going to do about it? This rocks, my friend. Now go there and create a New Year thats really worth big bucks in your balance sheet. If you do, the next time your banker hears Ho! Ho! Ho, he knows its not Santa! Wouldn’t you love to stumble upon a secret library of small business ideas? Find simple, yet electrifying ideas on marketing strategy, psychological tactics and branding. Judge for yourself when you read these small business ideas. Arts and Crafts Idea

By Karen Lavender Crafters are able to come up with arts and crafts ideas from items that many people might consider junk! Arts and crafts ideas can be found in baby food jars, paper bags, shoe boxes, cds, and egg cartons among other items easily found around the home. When you come up with arts and crafts ideas from things you have in your home, you save money on having to purchase supplies from the craft store, and you are helping the environment by recycling. Shoe boxes are the culprits of many arts and crafts ideas! You can create dioramas, doll houses, and box guitars. The arts and crafts ideas using shoe boxes are virtually endless- limited only by your imagination. You can also use shoe boxes for more traditional means, and create decorative storage boxes for your favorite things, momentos or other objects. CD’s are also great items to encourage arts and crafts ideas. They are perfectly round, and give off a wonderful shine when light hits them. The little hole in the center is perfect for stringing twine or chain through, in order to create hanging arts and crafts. Ideas include Christmas ornaments, candle holders, dreamcatchers, photo frames, clocks and magnets. Start with a CD you don’t need (like the ones you get in the mail from advertisers, or a CD that has too many scratches to work properly) and see just how many arts and crafts ideas the little shiny circle can generate! Clear thirty five millimeter film cannisters can cause many arts and crafts ideas. With a little mirrored paper board (available at a craft store), plastic wrap and cake sprinkles you can make a miniature kaleidoscope. Drill a small hole in the bottom of the film cannister. Fold the mirrored paper board into a triangle shape that will fit inside the cannister, and tape it inside. Place several cake sprinkles in the lid of the cannister and cover with a piece of plastic wrap, taped into place. Pop the cap back onto the cannister. When you look through the hole at the bottom of the cannister and turn the film cannister in your hand, the sprinkles will create shapes against the mirrored kaleidoscope. How is that for unique arts and crafts ideas! Arts and crafts ideas can come from anywhere. You can recycle your empty jelly jars and make beach scenes in a jar, a time capsule, or a candle holder. Common household items often invoke many arts and crafts ideas. Just think outside the box, and you might surprise yourself with how many arts and crafts ideas you come up with! Warren and Karen have been involved in the internet for a number of years and run several websites. They are most interested in providing opportunities for people to connect with information relating to business, health and creativity. Check out their Arts and Crafts Idea blog for more information. Unfinished Furniture-Bring Out the Artist in You

By Sarika Kabra How many times have you had to face the situation when your shopping for the ideal set of furniture resulted in a failure? The piece that you saw at your best friends place or a particular color combination that just stuck in your mind is simply not available even in the most popular furniture joints. You might be tempted to settle for a second-rate choice. However, if you pause for a moment, you can actually get the furniture article of your choice by spending less than usual amount. Unbelievable? But true! Unfinished Furniture is your companion in tricky situations like these. A raw furniture article with no finish on top gives you an option to have the finishing of your choice. Its often observed that the new furniture articles are perfect for your room requirements but its finish just doesnt match with the color combinations of walls, floor and other furniture articles. The unfinished furniture piece also gives you a chance to awaken the artist in you and give the perfect desired finish to your favorite furniture. In fact, unfinished furniture is a perfect way to give expression to your latent creative instincts and let everyone admire the talent when they observe a unique feature in your furniture. Unfinished wooden furniture may be available in different types of furniture. However, the popular ones include pine and oak. Amish handcrafted furniture articles make for a better option. The royal elegance of Amish furniture can be enhanced with your individualistic creative expression. The natural finish of Amish furniture is ideal for an artist or even a novice to make a lasting impression on the furniture. Only wholesale Amish furniture dealers should be trusted for an unfinished Amish furniture article. This is because it serves twin purposes. Firstly, the variety that a wholesale Amish furniture dealer offers can never be available with the retail dealers. And most importantly, dealing with a wholesaler assures you about the authenticity of your purchase. Following are some important considerations before buying unfinished furniture. The most important consideration in buying an unfinished furniture article is, perhaps, the quality of the unfinished product. Always make sure that the wood is smooth and free of any knots or rigidity. A smooth unfinished article makes the job of finishing a smooth sail but a rough surface ensures that even the best of finishing jobs cannot hide the poor craftsmanship. Also make sure that the furniture has been assembled using reliable sticking material. The stapling and fastening of the different parts of the furniture piece must not give way at the slightest knock. The style of furniture should not be outdated. Ideally, a style that is evergreen should be chosen for every furniture need. The other obvious factor that will influence your final decision is the price. Market research is the only antidote to price problem. Do a thorough research on the dealers dealing with unfinished furniture and settle for the one that gives maximum value for money. But quality must never be compromised in order to buy cheap furniture. Amish oak furniture is very strong and long-lasting. The author has used Amish furniture in her house for a long time. Here you can see some very good Amish made furniture online. A Weight Loss Success Formula: 12 Quick Tips

By Jamie Jefferson Follow these twelve simple tips to kickstart (or reinvigorate) your weight loss program. 1. Write down your weight loss goals. Make sure each goal is realistic, and that you have included a time line. Break down larger long-term goals into monthly or weekly goals so you can stay on track without feeling overwhelmed. Its important to commit these goals to paper, so write them down and display your goals where you will see them each day. 2. Each time you reach a goal, reward yourself with a treat. For best results, this treat shouldnt be any kind of food. Reward your new healthy lifestyle with a 30-minute massage, a new exercise video anything that celebrates you and your success without sabotaging it. 3. Drink lots of water. Stay hydrated by drinking -ounce of pure (bottled or filtered) water for every pound of body weight. That means, if you weigh 150 pounds, you need to be drinking 75 ounces of water each day or between 9 and 10 8-ounce glasses. Drink a glass of water immediately upon waking. And, throughout the day, everytime you feel your energy levels start to dip, drink another glass. Pure bottled or filtered water can really give your mood a boost. 4. Eat a nutritious breakfast. Start your day off right with a nutritious meal, and include some form of protein. For maximum energy and concentration throughout the day, include complex carbohydrates, such as natural whole-grain cereal or bread, as well as a low-fat protein, such as skim milk, cottage cheese, or low-fat yogurt. 5. Get in the habit of exercising every day. Your daily exercise regimen doesnt have to be strenuous. It just needs to be consistent. And there are lots of ways to avoid boredom and to get excited by your daily exercise routine. Try walking or jogging outside instead of on the treadmill. Or listen to a motivational book-on-tape or mp3 as you work out. 6. Eat for health. Think about food in terms of bang for your buck. Opt for nutrition-dense foods. 7. Eat for energy. Whenever you overeat, you rob your body of energy. Think of food as fuel. Keep an energy journal in which you log the way your body and mind respond to different food choices. 8. Help your mind and spirit to accept and welcome your new body image with behavior modification techniques. A subliminal or non-subliminal audiotape or CD, for example, can help you envision yourself as a fit, lean, healthy person who loves to exercise. 9. Subscribe to a healthy-living or fitness magazine. These magazines feature low-calorie, nutrient-rich recipes as well as inspiring weight-loss success stories. 10. Stop eating after dinner. 11. Join a support group. This can be a group of family members or neighbors all committed to improving their health - or a simple online weight loss community. Talking about our daily challenges and victories is highly motivating. 12. Track and record your weight loss efforts, in detail. You can do this on a hand-written chart, a simple computer spreadsheet, or in a journal or computer program designed for this purpose. Track your food intake, water intake, and exercise for the day. And make sure to weigh-in at the same time each week, so that you can track your weight loss results, too. Jamie Jefferson is a frequent contributor to Momscape.com, where you can find diet reviews and special promotional coupons on the most popular weight loss programs. Eating Healthy and Losing Weight: Two Sides of the Same Coin

By Linda J Bruton It is just about impossible to lose weight - and most important, keep it off - without eating a healthy diet. Not only will eating right help you drop the pounds, but it will also prevent many diseases and health conditions. Weight loss is very complex. It doesn’t just require reducing calories, but eating the right kinds of foods in the proper quantities to boost your natural metabolism and fat-burning abilities. Losing weight requires you to involve your emotional and mental abilities as well as physical ones. Your age and general health will also play an important role in what you should eat in order to lose weight. Here are some important tips for eating healthy and losing weight. 1. Drink plenty of water. Not only is this great for clearing out the body of toxins but it also will help you feel more satisfied, thus taking away the hunger pangs that you may feel. 2. Always take a list with you when you go shopping. You should also eat a healthy meal before you go. This will prevent impulse buys of snack foods and insure that what you buy is on your healthy diet plan. 3. Eat small servings. This is particularly important when eating out. Restaurants often give you much larger servings than most people can comfortably eat. Choose a healthy entree and take part of it home with you in a “doggie bag.” That way, you’ll get two healthy meals for the price of one. 4. When preparing meals at home replace the higher calorie ingredients with lower calorie versions. Include several servings of fruit and vegetables into your meals as well. They are a great source of water and fiber. They will not only add volume to any dish you have prepared but they have fewer calories in them. They are also very filling. As you can see, these are just a few very effective ways to ensure that you are eating healthy and losing weight at the same time. Follow these tips regularly and you’ll be very surprised at the amount of weight you will lose! Eating healthy and losing weight does not have to mean time-consuming menu preparation or boring meals.
